The Heights Restrictions
- Minimum 2500 sq. ft. conditioned space
- 100% masonry requirement - Only 25% can be fulfilled by Hardie-Board
- No restriction on time to commence construction
- 1 year building time once construction has begun
- All plans to be approved by the Architecture Control Committee
- Dimensional Shingles, Tile or Standing Seam Metal roofing allowed
- 2 structures in addition to main dwelling allowed (approved by ACC)
- Front entry gates allowed on lots
- All utilities to be maintained underground
